Service Add-On's

We encourage you to add any additional services that are not a part of a standard home inspection.

TERMITE INSPECTIONS

Our sister company Coast to Coast can provide you with an onsite report for any signs of wood destroying organisms such as Termites, wood decaying and other damaging organisms. Our sister company can also provide treatment upon request.

AIR QUALITY MOLD TESTING

Mold concerns are often linked to moisture conditions. This test uses specialized equipment to collect air samples and identify elevated mold spore levels and types present in the air at the time of sampling. Sampling is performed in accessible areas and does not locate or confirm mold hidden behind walls, under flooring, inside ductwork, or within other concealed cavities. Recommended for homes that have been vacant, show signs of moisture, or have musty odors.

SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION

A Sewer Scope is a camera inspection of the home’s sewer drain lines from accessible clean-out or plumbing vents to evaluate the accessible portion of the line for visible issues such as deterioration, separations, root intrusion, standing water, or obstructions. This service does not evaluate the septic tank, baffles, sludge/scum levels, or drain field. Camera access depends on available entry points and this service does not include clearing the line or guaranteeing against future clogs.

POOL WATER LOSS DETECTION

Pool Water Loss Detection uses advanced leak detection equipment to identify slow or hidden pool leaks that are not visible during a standard pool inspection. Helps prevent unexpected water loss or costly repairs after closing.

WATER QUALITY TESTING

If you’re buying a home that uses a well as the primary source of water/plumbing, we HIGHLY encourage a water quality test. This will determine if there’s any bacteria, fertilizer (Nitrates & Nitrites), or lead present in the water. This may be a requirement for FHA and VA loans.
